All images are available for immediate download at 300 dpi and in .jpg format.  If you require a different file type, email for information.  Payment is accepted via PayPal for immediate download.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.  All transactions are secure.

License Agreement:

THIS IS A ONE (1) PERSON LICENSE AGREEMENT ONLY.

You are permitted to use the photo (s). Any additional persons who wish to use the photo (s) must purchase and/or download the images from Alden Photography.

Permitted Uses. You may:

Back up, copy, or archive one copy of the Photo (s) as necessary for internal use, and only as necessary for that use.

Use the Photo (s) in any electronic or print media, including advertising and editorial use, web site templates and consumer merchandise such as calendars and other merchandise.  Model releases are on file with Alden Photography and will be sent upon request.

Modify or alter the photo (s) as necessary for your use, as allowed for elsewhere in these terms and conditions, provided that the rights to any modified and/or altered work shall belong to Alden Photography. You may use such modified/altered work only as permitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. All copyrights with respect to such modified/altered work are assigned to Alden Photography or its owner (s), which assignment the parties hereby agree is valid under the United States (and other International) Copyright Laws.

You may not:

Transfer the rights to the Photo (s) or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement. All other rights are reserved by Alden Photography.

PHOTO (S) MAY NOT BE USED IN ANY MANNER THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED DEFAMATORY, PORNOGRAPHIC, OBSCENE, IMMORAL, OR FRAUDULENT.

Use the Photo (s) or any part of it as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo. Alden Photography retains the full rights to the Photo (s), and therefore you cannot establish your own rights over any part of it.  If images need to be used as part of a logo, please contact Alden Photography.

Re-sell, distribute or sub-license the Photo (s), accompanying material, (if applicable), or the rights to use the Photo (s) to anyone for any purpose, except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchase of images and download constitutes agreement with the above license.  Due to the digital nature of  digital stock photography, there will be no refunds after you have downloaded the image (s) from Alden Photography. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
